Job Summary:.
- We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry.
- The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the energy sector, market dynamics, and client needs, along with the ability to operate across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, both domestically and internationally.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
- Negotiate contracts, manage pricing strategies, and handle deal closures.
- Lead sales presentations, meetings, and discussions with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, case studies, and proposals.
- Build brand awareness and positioning through effective marketing channels, including digital, print, and industry events.
- Track marketing performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Manage long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and business continuity.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and new markets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business strategy adjustments.
Qualifications & Requirements:.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, experience in Oil & Gas industry is preferable.
- Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including downstream, upstream and midstream operations.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite clients and technical teams.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and market research.
- Location: India or USA.
Preferred Skills:.
- Experience working in international markets across globe.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, supply chain, and market challenges in the energy sector.
