Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with technical communities and industry associations.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring IT professionals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
