Job Description

We are seeking an Manager who will lead the full life cycle of recruiting efforts. Partnering with hiring managers, you will build and execute sourcing strategies that identify, attract, and hire diverse candidates to support all business units. We offer a fast-paced, exciting environment that will challenge you to find creative solutions. Youll be focused primarily on quality of hire rather than quantity of hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience during the hiring cycle, and building credible and longstanding relationships with hiring managers.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Working closely with Vice President TA, Department heads and Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position and meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Proficient in creating, reviewing, and designing Job Descriptions and posting these job descriptions on various job boards, social media, internal ATS and other possible channels.
  • Researching about latest hiring processes for each role, setting evaluation parameters and coordinating with stakeholders in preparing assessment / test for each position.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the priority roles to be filled.
  • Staying active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent.
  • Managing the end-to-end TA lifecycle across levels and roles and target to hire quality talent.
  • Screening resumes and prospects, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the interview process from setting interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
  • Growing and fostering high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent
  • Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
  • Maintaining a database of candidate records.
  • Identifying, analyzing, presenting and keeping updated the hiring metrics and implementing initiatives to combat/ mitigate the challenges.

Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Must be able to source qualified candidates, screen, interview, and ensure candidates' successful onboarding by their scheduled start date, for all assigned positions.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Hands-on experience in campus recruitment, including hiring interns and freshers.
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, with effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Support team members in salary negotiations, detect potential red flags, and promptly raise any concerns to stakeholders and the reporting manager.
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques and familiar with sourcing tools and strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing specifically for skills like technical hiring.
  • Working knowledge of various social media recruiting channels.
  • Promote the Employer Brand on LinkedIn and other social media channels and spread awareness about the company and its products.
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, including the flexibility to work outside of regular hours when necessary.
  • Must possess good communication skills and must be presentable.
  • Expertise in Excel for recruitment reporting, analytics, and tracking progress.
