Hiring Personal Assistant to MD

Location: Dadar

Working Days: 1st and 3rd Saturdays Off

Key Responsibilities:

Secretarial and Administrative Support

• Manage correspondence, draft emails, and maintain confidentiality.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for efficient time management.

Travel Management

• Arrange ticket bookings and travel plans via the travel desk.
• Coordinate seamless itineraries.

Sales Coordination & MIS Reporting

• Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports for management and marketing teams.
• Analyze Target vs. Achievement and Growth metrics.
• Consolidate and present field data for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.

Coordination & Communication

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Interactions

• Internal: President & CMO, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR.
