Education: Chartered Accountant

MBA/B COM/M COM. - Need not to apply.

Experience: Post CA 4 - 8 years in a Manufacturing Company (ideally in a listed entity).
Technical Skills: Financial Planning & Analysis, automation experience (Excel & Power BI).
Behavioural Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities to collaborate effectively across the organization.
Proficiency in IND AS standards and familiarity with closing activities, MIS, and analytics are a big plus!

Key Responsibility:

• Manage the development and maintenance of comprehensive MIS reports to support management decision-making. Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying trends and providing insights to management for decision-making.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement as per INDAS requirements.
• Work closely with the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure accuracy in financial data across functions.
• Manage the fixed asset accounting process, including the capitalization, depreciation, and disposal of assets
• Identify opportunities for automation
• Oversee the financial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closings.
• Assistance in statutory audits and compliance.
• month-end close activities, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis for the company's financial statements.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Implement and enhance reporting tools
• provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. Strong expertise in leveraging ERP systems, Excel, and data visualization tools to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Analysis of financial data to identify trends and insights, presenting findings to senior management.
