Job Profile - O9 Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
- Play the program manager role on o9 implementation projects Engage with client stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the implementation.
- Drive conversations with client business stakeholders
- Work with development functions business lines product teams and technology stakeholders to derive the technology future state and roadmaps
- Drive designs that balance business efficiency system performance.
- Coordinates the operation of departments to confirm that assigned programs are completed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Takes proactive steps to minimize delivery delays.
- Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems.
- Ensures that customers and/or clients are regularly informed of the status of the program.
- Regularly communicates with management regarding the program's status and any problems or potential problems.
Technical Experience :
a) Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience end to end implementation of o9 programs and similar other SCM software solutions in client environments.
b) Should have played a Program Manager role in at least 2 o9 or other SCM SaaS product implementation program.
c) Strong experience in implementing one or more business processes such as Demand Planning/Forecasting, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SOP, etc.
d) Strong design and software configuration skills.
e) Strong collaborator team player and individual contributor Strong communication skills.
Required Skills/Abilities :
- Experience of managing at least 2 O9/Other Supply Chain Solutions programs with multiple tracks and dependencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Nice to have Skills :
- Experience of full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, and solution design development.
- Knowledge of best practices through relevant experience in at least one supply chain planning area like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, SOP, Detail Scheduling, Procurement.
