Business Analyst

We are hiring a Business Analyst for our client which is a leader in the Software Product/ IT industry.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Support the development of business solutions by conducting research and data analysis.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for decision-making.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers.

- Participate in testing and validation of new system implementations and enhancements.

- Help in tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery of business objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 0-1 year of experience in business analysis, IT consulting, or a related role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
