Job Description

As the Leadership Hiring Manager, you will spearhead the executive recruitment efforts to identify and secure exceptional leadership talent. You will drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process, partner with senior stakeholders, and ensure the best hiring decisions to support the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for leadership hiring.

-Source and attract top executive talent to meet organizational needs.

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership roles.

- Partner with senior management and hiring managers to align hiring goals.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future leadership positions.

- Manage candidate experience to ensure a positive recruitment process.

- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding processes for hires.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on leadership hiring.

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting executive-level talent.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategic hiring.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates.
