About the Opportunity:
We are hiring for our client, a renowned leader in the startup ecosystem. They are looking for a dynamic Non-Tech Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for roles critical to their growth. If you've specialized in recruiting for startups and excel in identifying top-tier candidates for non-technical roles, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles (e.g., marketing, sales, HR, operations, etc.).
- Source and engage high-potential candidates through innovative methods.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft targeted hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet immediate and future staffing needs.
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance recruitment processes and decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hiring non-tech talent for startups (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the startup ecosystem and talent trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience in Leadership Hiring
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
