Key Responsibilities:

- Engage directly with clients to drive initial scope discussions and collaborate with delivery and sales teams to create quotes and proposals.

- Schedule and lead workshops with clients to gather, define, and document their business requirements.

- Prepare high-quality proposals that articulate and fulfill customer needs and requirements.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects and team members to confirm the solution design approach for projects.

- Develop and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients, positioning the company's services and offerings effectively.

- Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Hands-on experience with Commerce, Marketing, or CRM software implementation.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic, autonomous environment.

- Proven ability to thrive in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges.
