Siam Computing - Business Analyst (1-3 yrs)

Responsibilities;

- Own the product roadmap for assigned features, ensuring its clarity, alignment with business goals, and continuous improvement.

- Act as the single point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and proactively addressing any concerns.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Define key metrics to track product performance, analyze data using analytics tools, and translate insights into actionable product decisions.

- Prioritize features effectively using established frameworks (HEART, RICE, etc.) to maximize product impact.

- Coordinate and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Develop clear and concise product requirement documentation (PRDs) to ensure product vision is effectively communicated to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in the IT sector, preferably with a focus on data and analytics products.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Proven experience in client communication and handling escalations with a proactive approach.

- Experience in product roadmap development and feature prioritization techniques.

- Experience in working on a product from ideation to launch is a plus
