Project Manager

Qualifications:

a. BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Mechatronics, with 8 to 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering.

b. Project management experience in the automotive industry, specifically handling pumps, motors, or related components.

c. Proficiency in DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and Six Sigma methodologies.

d. Experience in handling techno-commercial proposals and negotiations.

e. Experience in process design, development, and tooling for plastics and castings.

f. Strong ability to lead teams, build collaboration, and drive results.

g. Excellent communication skills.

h. The candidate will be located at Plant 3 in Chinnamathampalayam, Coimbatore

Roles & Responsibilities:

a. Lead and manage multiple projects related to pumps, motors, and automotive components.

b. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

c. Work closely with domestic and overseas customers to align project objectives.

d. Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

e. Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (ISO, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, etc.).

f. Drive process design, tool development, and manufacturing optimization for plastic, GI casting, and aluminum components.

g. Ensure smooth implementation of SAP and PLM in project management processes.

h. Strong exposure to various manufacturing processes, including machining, casting, and plastic molding
