Qualification (Technical & Behavioural):

a. Qualification: B. E / B. Tech/ M.E/M.Tech - in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science/ Instrumentation with 20 Years of experience in embedded systems

b. Possess in-depth technical knowledge of automotive products, systems, and technologies.

c. Domian Expertise in Driver information system / Infotainment / ADAS etc.

d. Handling Tier 1 & OEM customers, RFQ Handling and Understanding of embedded systems and software development for vehicle electronics and control systems

e. Lead pre project engineering to support project acquisition for software development.

f. Proven experience in sales, business development, and contract negotiation.

g. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

h. The candidate will be located at Plant 1 in Perianaikenpalayam, Coimbatore

Roles & Responsibilities:

a. Develop and implement business solutions aligned with the companys objectives, driving innovation and competitiveness.

b. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement in automotive operations.

c. Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for business solutions in the automotive industry.

d. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

e. Guide the design, deployment, and performance of business solutions, ensuring they meet market demands and industry standards.

f. Monitor budgets, forecast resource needs, and analyze ROI for solution-based initiatives.

g. Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment.

h. Use analytics to refine strategies, improve operations, and achieve business goals efficiently.

i. Lead and mentor a team to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence in solution delivery.
