Business Development Head - Component Division

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for formulating and implementing growth strategies for the Component Manufacturing Division.
• Will lead business development and manage and develop customer relationship.
• Manage customer requirements in total and ensure timely deliveries to clients as per schedule.
• Develop the framework and the long-term strategic road map for the organization.
• He shall be responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including brand building, pricing and promotional strategies.
• Maintaining key customer base, implementing innovative promotional campaigns, monitoring market trends and exploring growth opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have minimum 20 years of automotive experience and at least 5-7 years experience as Marketing Head/ CEO.
• Well versed with Marketing in an Auto Component industry, sheet metal/ chassis components etc. preferred.
• Experience in new business development and managing customer relations.
• Prior experience in dealing with Auto majors, exposure to international players
• Process and system-oriented person.
• Excellent communication skills
