Manufacturing Engineer

Minimum 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering with expertise in plastics, sheet metal, casting, and machining.

• Proven experience leading teams and managing technical projects in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Develop and implement cost-out strategies to optimize material, manufacturing, and design processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team on various manufacturing processes, including plastics, sheet metal, casting, and machining.
• Support the team in developing and executing test cases, test methods, and system-level designs.
• Evaluate design feasibility from a manufacturing engineering perspective.
• Propose alternative manufacturing solutions to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
• Track and report project deliverables, milestones, and outcomes to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to explore advanced manufacturing techniques and cost-reduction strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and manufacturing, to achieve project goals.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on project requirements and deliverables.
• Present technical solutions, cost optimization strategies, and project updates to Client and relevant teams.
