Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operations Management
1. Read emails inbound to the Contact Centre represented as a Salesforce Case
2. Apply on-the-job training and enact the appropriate next step.
3. Identify and mark spam emails/cases
4. Routes all non-spam cases to the correct departmental Salesforce queues
5. Publish necessary reports to stakeholders
6. Communicate with the Tenant & US team for information and update final status on the Case.
7. Maintain healthy turnaround time and utmost quality as per Standard Operating Procedure
8. Conduct a thorough review of contracts, ledgers, and tenant history to ensure accurate system updates.
9. Monitor common Customer Advocacy queue for emergency issues/cases and perform activity as needed.
10. Weekly collaboration with team regarding optimizing Standard Operating Procedure
11. May need to work on Weekends and Holidays
Job Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLSETS:
Stakeholder Management
1. Communicate with Onshore team and other related stakeholders on process clarification and to resolve issues to maintain a smooth flow of process.
2. Communicate with front line leadership via chat, email, and phone for prompt resolution of issues identified in duties above.
Other requirements
1. Experience working with US teams and understanding of US work culture is desirable

Ensure maximum productivity as per the target
Ensure maximum accuracy as per the target
Route email cases within pre-defined TAT to maintain the SLAs
Respond to queries/asks from the stakeholders within pre-defined TAT to maintain the SLAs
Contribute effectively to the monthly close process by completing tasks within deadlines.
Establish proper records, approvals, documentation for all complaints.
Help in improving processes and automation
Adhere to the Quality Assurance score.
