Job Description

Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Ensure healthy process turnaround time and utmost process quality as per business requirements
Lead refresher process trainings every quarter (Quarterly)
Communicate with quality team and other related stakeholders on process changes/process improvements
Propose and lead implementation of process improvement initiatives
Monitor acquisitions reports to identify homes recently place under contract for purchase.
Configure and input property characteristics into a scoping application used by Project Managers to evaluate and develop cost and labour estimates
Upload estimates and photos into database and update status in the workflow management system
Ensure stakeholders has necessary information within the database to perform pre-acquisition due diligence as required on new acquisitions
Order materials necessary for Project Managers and vendors partners to complete construction and renovation activities on new and on-going projects
Assist with assigning and scheduling Scopes-of-Work to approved vendors within assigned market
Work with U.

-based team and utilities activation and billing partners to ensure proper activation and account set-up of utilities services for all acquisitions and on-going renovation projects

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to execute/resolve non-payment related construction management activities
Communicate with US property operations Team and/or vendors on construction management processes
Audit the accurate input of project information (dates, scope amounts, completion information) across multiple platforms
Review & correction of project completion dates & project-ready dates, and updates information across entire project life cycle
Moving, correction, and uploading of scopes (and other files) within project records & verifies naming conventions across file types & locations
Matching and/or correcting data inputs across multiple locations within project records
Completing file quality checklist in preparation for project closeout
Job Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLSETS:
3+ years in operations related role involving non-voice processes
Managed a team size of 5+ FTEs for at least 2 years
Should have very high level of attention to details.
Should be able to find out process failure modes
Led a non-voice end to end process and managed a team with managerial ability
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Should be able to clearly express ideas/process related information, both verbal and in writing
Should have good experience in managing daily process deliverables
Ability to handle communication through multiple channels across clients/stakeholders
Prefer candidates already residing in Bangalore
