Maintains the workflow volume for the Escrow Analysis department to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Handles escalated loan level issues and provide departmental research assistance for complex issues as required to support client inquiries and various departments.
Works with management to ensure that internal and external audits are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Performs individual escrow analysis as requested by other departments.
Reviews mass analysis for anomalies and ensures accurate and timely analysis per RESPA requirements.
Completes task within SLA s.
Works with the Manager to document, communicate, and implement changes in policy and procedures.
Identifies areas for improvement and efficiency ( good to have ).
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization s policies and applicable laws and regulations.
Completes required training courses in a timely manner.
Stakeholder Management
Liaise with the operations team, vendor management team, and auditors to resolve any exception, as and when required.
Communicate with US team members and local leaders to resolve issues and maintain a smooth flow of processes.
Governance & Compliance
Establish proper records, approvals, documentation, and audit trails for all transactions.
Ensure adherence to the implementation of effective governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Manage issues to mitigate impact and risk by early detection of risk items & active team involvement.

Role Summary
The Escrow Analysis Specialist I will ensure that policy and procedures for the department are strictly adhered to, federal and private investor guidelines are followed and that business objectives are achieved by performing the following duties.

Education
Bachelors Degree in Finance preferred.
Relevant Experience
Two to four years related experience and/or training required in Mortgage Services and Escrow.
Technical Know-how/Tools used
Preferred BKFS MSP or Sagent experience and/or training in any of the following workstations: Escrow Analysis, Tax, Hazard Insurance and MIP/PMI is preferred.
Excel knowledge is preferred.
