Job Description
Creating Purchase Requisitions across entities
Evaluate suppliers and Vendor Mgmt. onboarding.
Track and follow up with customers to complete the requisition and assist with approvals as necessary
Enter and amend purchase change orders
Collaborate daily with cross functional teams to resolve data validation errors and PO discrepancies that prevent receipt of goods/services
Ability to problem-solve and multi-task
Strong team worker with the ability to collaborate with others, positively influence and agree on outcomes to complete tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Requirement
Skills:
o Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay systems and associated systems and processes.
o Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
o Expertise in procurement and financial software.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
