Job Description
1. Maintain Matter Details: Record and update details of litigation, escalations, and ownership information in the system.
2. Track Incoming Matters: Monitor and log new matters to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
3. Data Entry Focus: Perform data entry tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy, without handling document retrieval or pulling.
4. Support the Legal Team: Act as a key resource for the legal team by organizing, managing, and maintaining matter data to streamline team operations.
5. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to legal and organizational policies during data handling and matter tracking.
6. Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to gather accurate information and provide timely updates.
Stakeholder Management
1. Communicate with Onshore team and other related stakeholders on process clarification and to resolve issues to maintain a smooth flow of process.
2. Communicate with leadership via chat, email, and phone for prompt resolution of issues identified in duties above.
Other requirements
1. Experience working with US teams and understanding of US work culture is desirable
Job Requirement
Key Result Areas
Efficient Management of Escalated Matters: Timely and accurate handling of eviction cases, resident complaints, and other escalations.
Accuracy in Data Maintenance: Ensure all litigation, escalation, and ownership details are recorded and updated with precision.
Resolution Tracking and Documentation: Proactively analyze matters and document potential resolutions to aid decision-making.
Incoming Matter Tracking: Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of all incoming matters for streamlined processes.
Data Entry Quality: Achieve high levels of accuracy and completeness in data entry while adhering to timelines.
Support to Legal Team: Provide consistent and reliable support to the legal team to enable smooth operations and informed decision-making.
Process Efficiency: Contribute to improving turnaround times and minimizing delays in matter handling.
Compliance and Confidentiality: Adhere to organizational policies, ensuring compliance and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
