Job Description
- Optimize legal operations by identifying, implementing, and managing new tools, processes, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Legal team.
- Build and manage key workflows, including for contract lifecycle management, data subject requests, and international expansion initiatives.
- Draft and coordinate legal responses to internal business teams and external partners.
- Develop and maintain Legal team playbooks, ensuring clear and consistent guidance on legal processes.
- Support attorneys and the Legal team on various commercial, corporate, regulatory, and litigation projects as needed.
- Review and negotiate NDAs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with other legal and compliance initiatives as assigned.

- Some experience working in a startup, fast-scaling company, and/or tech company (preferred).
- Interest or background in legal operations, privacy, AI regulation, or law.
- Located in the U.S. (New York-area preferred, but not required).
- High-velocity innovation: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- A truly global team: Collaboration with teammates across 30+ countries, a global customer footprint and office hubs in New York, London and Warsaw. Annual company offsite for the whole team to get together (the last one in Croatia!)
