Optimize legal operations by identifying, implementing, and managing new tools, processes, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Legal team.
Build and manage key workflows, including for contract lifecycle management, data subject requests, and international expansion initiatives.
Draft and coordinate legal responses to internal business teams and external partners.
Develop and maintain Legal team playbooks, ensuring clear and consistent guidance on legal processes.
Support attorneys and the Legal team on various commercial, corporate, regulatory, and litigation projects as needed.
Review and negotiate NDAs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist with other legal and compliance initiatives as assigned.

What you bring
New or recent graduate with strong academic credentials.
Some experience working in a startup, fast-scaling company, and/or tech company (preferred).
Interest or background in legal operations, privacy, AI regulation, or law.
Located in the U.S. (New York-area preferred, but not required).
