Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous Document Review and Cost Sheet Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting data into ledgers and reviewing/preparing cost sheets and lease documents.
:
- Document Review:
- Verify the accuracy of cost sheets and lease documents.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify discrepancies and work with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Ledger Entry:
Accurately enter transactions into the ledger.
- Cost Sheet Preparation:
- Prepare and validate detailed cost sheets.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with other departments (Training/Quality) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree (mandatory); Master s degree (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and a drive to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail in documentation.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and processes clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in managing daily process deliverables.
- Proficient in communicating through various channels with clients/stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in US shift hours.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
