Job Description
Review output of all the operations processes.
Perform real time and sampling quality checks as per pre-defined guidelines
Complete all Quality check review as per pre-defined turn around timelines
Communicate and follow up with the operations team for rectification of the errors identified
Handle Quality Check disputes and Exceptions
Collaborate with team regarding optimizing Standard Operating Procedures.
Meet monthly to discuss process changes
Improve process performance by identifying opportunities of improvement
Communicate and train operations team on any process changes
Job Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLSETS:
Candidate should be a graduate with 3+ years of experience in a similar
Should have at-least 2 years good experience in handling daily process deliverables
Should have at-least 2 years been part of team with at least 3 team members
Should have at-least 2 years experience in handling processes involving communication through multiple channels across clients/stakeholders
Should have handled quality checks for at least 3 unrelated processes
Should be open to work in rotational shifts including US shift timings
Should have worked on basic excel formulas and functions
Should have high attention to detail
