The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, particularly within the NBFC or leasing industry, and an in-depth understanding of corporate financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify and build relationships with mid-market and large corporate clients to promote financing solutions for Plant & Machinery purchases.
- Actively prospect, qualify leads, and build a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and financial solutions to meet client requirements.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in target industries such as manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, and heavy engineering.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and offering customized financial products.
Market Research & Strategy Development
- Analyze market trends, industry demands, and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings and align sales strategies with market requirements.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal processes during the client onboarding process.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing loan agreements, term sheets, and other related documentation.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and market conditions.
