ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/CMDB Module (3-9 yrs)

Position : ServiceNow Developer - ITSM

Experince : 3 to 9 Years

Location : Pune (Hybrid)

Job description :

Need a ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions over end to end green field implementation lifecycle in any 1 of the following modules :

- ITSM

- CSM

- Candidate should have experience about 3 to 9 years

- Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with experience on Development on ITSM and Integrations using ServiceNow.

- Having an experience in ServiceNow implementations and support.

- Experience in ServiceNow including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations.

- Must have good programming skills (JavaScript a must)

- Extensive development experience knowledge on all ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, Change, Knowledge, Asset, CMDB

- System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.

- Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Orchestration and other applications.

- Desired experience in scripting languages : JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell

- Very Good Experience working with relational databases.

- Excellent communication skills & customer engagement

- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.

- Experience working & configuring Virtual Agent & Performance Analytics

- CSA certification is must

- CIS certifications is an added advantage
