Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on HRSD, and a proven ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that enhance HR operations and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
ServiceNow HRSD Development :
- Customize, configure, and develop the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module.
- Build workflows, HR service catalogs, and employee portals tailored to organizational requirements.
- Develop and maintain HR cases, lifecycle events, and other HRSD components.
Integration and Automation :
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party systems such as HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Automate manual HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Technical Leadership :
- Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions that meet HR business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Platform Optimization :
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize platform performance and scalability.
- Implement best practices to ensure security and data integrity.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Work closely with HR teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training for HR teams using ServiceNow HRSD.
Documentation and Governance :
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations and customizations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and ServiceNow governance guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years focused on HRSD.
- Expertise in configuring HRSD modules, including HR Cases, HR Tasks, and Employee Service Center.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer,
- Scripted REST APIs, and Business Rules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and other ServiceNow-specific scripting languages.
- Experience with HR systems integration (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge of ITSM processes.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and performance analytics.
- Knowledge of data security, GDPR, and compliance considerations in HRSD implementations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
