Tender Management Role (1-8 yrs)

Position : Tender Management

Location : Lucknow

Experience : 1 year (must be from geotechnical background)

Key Responsibilities :

- Preparing techno-commercial offer, SIS, item code after SIS for SAP, following up with client towards submitted proposal, dispatch details/instruction (Pan India), payment follow up for the his generated order/invoices, etc.

- Coordination with production, QA-QC, TSD towards timely supply & deputation against his/her projects/orders. Assisting senior for ISO

Key Deliverables :

- Timely preparation, follow up and proactive responses/interaction with client & inter office

- Number of proposals prepared/submitted/followed up/converted/outstanding realization etc

Qualifications :

- B.E./Diploma in E&C, E&I, Civil Engineering

Technical Skills :

- Ability to study engineering drawings related to geotechnical instrumentation.

- Understanding specifications of geotechnical instrumentation.

- If trained/moulded should be able to prepare small/med/big tenders with time

Soft Skills :

- Knowledge of basic computer networking Working effectively in/as a team.

- Working effectively in/as a team.

- Good writing (e-mails, technical proposal etc.) and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
