- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead the Service Department (PAN India) and build a high-performing team.
- Establish a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence in service delivery.
- Drive continuous training and skill upgrades for the service team by collaborating with internal departments.
- Business Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Transform the service division into a revenue/profit-based unit while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Develop and execute strategies for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) & Service Level Agreements (SLAs) compliance.
- Drive CRM implementation and leverage technology for business success.
- Customer Satisfaction & Service Excellence:
- Ensure adherence to customer SLA commitments, driving high service efficiency.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Establish adequate Spare Parts Distribution (SPD) availability based on historical data and customer needs.
- Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:
- Conduct failure analysis and provide feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement best practices for service optimization and business results achievement.
- Ensure seamless coordination with internal departments to optimize service operations.Role & responsibilities
