Required profile:
- General Manager will be responsible to provide directions, guidance and support tohis team. Entire HR Generalist Profile.
- Talent Acquisitions, Induction Orientation, Employee life cycle, define KPI & KRA,Strategic HR, PMS, Govt. Dealing, T&D, General Administration, FacilityManagement.
- Should be good knowledge in Recruitment, Job Descriptions and Job Specificationsdesigns, Annual Performance Appraisal.
- Liaison and Coordination: Liaison with Govt.departments .Statutory Compliancesunder Factory Act, 1948, Legal issues: Handling legal cases
- Leadership Skills, familiar with Labour laws & regulations governing HR, work withother department managers to assess complex issues logically, define problems andestablish facts.
