Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Director to lead our procurement function and drive cost savings, efficiency, and innovation across our organization. The successful candidate will develop and implement procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Develop and implement category management strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification preferred

Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze complex data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
