• Conduct exit interviews with employees, ensuring a professional and confidential setting.
• Develop and maintain standardized exit interview procedures and questionnaires.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative data to understand employee experiences and reasons for departure.
• Analyze feedback to identify recurring trends and potential areas for improvement in retention and employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to share insights and recommend strategic initiatives.
• Manage exit-related documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide resources and support to departing employees, including guidance on final paychecks, benefits, and other transition-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of exit interviews and ensure the secure storage of confidential information.
