This position is responsible for setting up, transitioning and continuous implementation of customer benefits management processes in accordance to established processes and employment practices.
Qualifications: Graduate with at least 2 years experience / MBA or equivalent with 0-5 years experience. Previous benefits administration experience is essential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Setup benefits policies and define processes.
Manage customer employee queries and facilitate employment benefits implementation.
Setup and maintain benefits administration processes and records.
Manage multiple benefits vendor partners and own delivery SLAs.
Participate and lead in customer benefits management due diligence and transition processes.
