This position is responsible for setting up, transitioning and continuous implementation of customer recruitment support, onboarding and employee records management processes.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Data Sciences or equivalent with 0-5 years experience. Previous data analytics experience is essential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Define framework for data handling, analysis and presentation.
Manage customer SLAs, KPIs and CSAT dashboards and reportings.
Work with internal stakeholders for analysis and presentation of work processes and productivity.
Manage data storage and retrieval systems.
Prepare scenario analysis and data integration for operations work processes.
