This position is responsible for setting up, transitioning and continuous implementation of customer recruitment support, onboarding and employee records management processes.
Qualifications: MBA HR or equivalent with 0-5 years experience. Previous recruitment or onboarding experience is essential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Setup recruitment processes, onboarding process and employee data management processes.
Manage customer hiring and new hire queries.
Setup and maintain onboarding experience for customers.
Manage employee records management and background check vendor partners and own delivery SLAs.
Participate and lead in customer recruitment & onboarding functional due diligence and transition processes.
