This position is responsible for setting up, transitioning and continued management of customer social security (PF, ESI, etc.) support, office premises legal requirements and all other employment legal and compliance in strict accordance to laws.
Qualifications: Graduate in Law or equivalent / MBA HR or equivalent with 0-5 years experience. Previous employment legal experience is essential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Setup all employment legal processes and reporting in accordance to law.
Continuous audit and ensuring compliance of customer employment legal requirements.
Liaise with relevant government functionaries for employment legal compliance.
Maintain all records and audit documentation for anytime audit or document retrieval requirements.
Ensure that customers are continuously updated on their legal compliance, risks and reporting obligations.
