This position is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, establish initial contacts, plan and deliver customer engagement process, establish & maintain customer relationship and follow up on deal closures.
Qualifications:
Masters in Business Administration or equivalent with 0-5 years experience. Must have a proven track record through projects or previous experience on some high impact B2B sales initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning of customer identification processes and resources.
Engage with customer with a compulsive value-add proposition to establish connect and interest in HRSS.
Maintain and report on sales dBase, funnel planning, forecasting and sales analytics.
Represent TC in various corporate events to identify and create sales opportunities.
Responsible to own complete sales cycle, from identification to purchase order issuance.
Maintain regular connect with all potential customers (including not converted ones) to create a compelling value-driven brand for Talent Carriage.
Create collaterals and engage social media resources to create, implement and convert sales opportunities.
Maintain core values of integrity and honesty in all dealings with customers at all times.
