Hiring for Senior Consultant! (Transition)

We at Provana are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Senior Senior Consultant! (Transition) who would be responsible for Client-facing and responsible for planning, organizing, and transitioning the key business process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client-facing and responsible for planning, organizing, and transitioning the key business process.
• Liaise with the Business for system and access requirements.
• Co-ordinate with client and internal stakeholders for successful knowledge transfer.
• Maintain the transition plan. Adhere to the schedule.
• Capture the process (Through video/zoom conferences), discuss all exceptions and process gaps with the client and document the SOP & QC matrix.
• Review the drafted SOP with the client and get the same approved.
• Provide training for the team.
• Conduct Testing and job shadowing.
• Review operation readiness and hand off the project to Operations Team.
• Team management (applicable only if team is assigned)

Requirements:

• Any graduate with minimum 3 years of work experience in transition and SOP creation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
