Responsibilities :

Leadership and Strategy:

• Develop and implement HR operational strategies aligned with the organizations goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR operations team to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR insights and support.

HR Operations Management:

• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and legal compliance.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize HR analytics to monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
• Drive the automation of HR processes and integration of HR systems.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and adjust HR practices accordingly.

Employee Experience:

• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR services support organizational needs.
• Communicate HR policies, programs, and initiatives effectively across the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
