Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Procurement Planning:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.

Supplier Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal terms and conditions.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on continuous improvement.

Cost Management:

• Monitor and manage the procurement budget to achieve cost-saving targets.
• Implement cost control measures and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Process Optimization:

• Streamline procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices and leverage technology for procurement automation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
