The primary role of a Technical Writer involves researching products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented and making them easily understood by a broad audience.

Responsibilities-

Create user manuals, guides, and other documentation to help users understand and use products and services

Research and analyze complex information to create clear and concise documentation

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy

Develop and maintain documentation templates and style guides

Edit and revise documentation to ensure clarity and consistency

Publish and maintain documentation on various platforms, such as websites and content management systems

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field

2-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field

Portfolio of writing samples and documentation examples

Certifications:

Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC)

Certified Technical Writer (CTW)
