Executive Travel Desk & Admin

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling of end to end travel activities.
• Handling Visas and ticketing of both domestic & International.
• Assisting employees in getting their visas done.
• Working with internal stakeholders in expediting the visa process.
• Handling phone and international sim cards.
• Manage emergency changes / cancellations in a professional and calm manner.
• Booking conference hall, meeting rooms for corporate events and meetings.
• House keeping control and management.
• Taking care of Employee welfare on HO and other branches.
• Managing office stationary stock, Gate pass management, Courier management.
