• Quality & timely delivery of product to customer
• Lead, inquiry and order management
• Receivable management
• Customer satisfaction & complaint redressal
• Cross functional Interface with Sourcing (timely buying & sales positions)-Risk-Finance
• Logistics-Operation - Max Team & NPD team
• Preparing market report for the product
