Associate Manager - International Marketing (MEA)

Regional Strategy Development:

• Design and implement tailored marketing strategies for the MEA region to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market penetration.
• Conduct market analysis to identify regional trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Campaign Management:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
• Adapt global marketing initiatives to align with regional preferences and cultural nuances.

Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with local facilitators, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Event Planning and Execution:

• Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and regional events to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for regional marketing events.

Digital Marketing and Content Creation:

• Develop localized content for the MEA market, including brochures, blogs, and advertisements.
• Monitor and optimize regional SEO, SEM, and digital marketing efforts.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports to present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 2 to 7 years of experience in international marketing, focusing on the MEA region.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of MEA markets, including cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in Medical / Hospital Terminologies is a must

• Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic
