Accountable for achieving overall revenue targets for international sales in alignment with the companies annual budget, in collaboration with the International Business Development team. • Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with partners, healthcare facilities (HCFs) and embassies, to ensure sustained business growth. • Identify and establish new partnerships to expand the companys international reach and enhance service offerings. • Work closely with clinicians to plan, execute, and communicate business development activities, including international outpatient departments (OPDs).

Set up information centers in multiple cities, enhancing the hospitals accessibility and market presence. • Managed upcountry referral sales teams, developing a wide referral base for hospital services. • Led branding and image-building efforts (ATL & BTL) and executed digital marketing strategies to enhance the hospital’s visibility and reputation. • Led the Centre of Excellence to oversee all operations, including domestic and international sales and marketing, ensuring streamlined processes and successful execution of business strategies.
