Manager - Referral Sales (Doctor Relations)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Referral Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and other healthcare providers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to increase patient referrals from external sources such as doctors, clinics, and medical networks.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians and medical practitioners.
• Conduct regular visits to referring partners to provide updates on hospital services, specialties, and facilities.
• Identify and address the specific needs of referring partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Organize and participate in CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, medical camps, and other events to strengthen relationships.
• Monitor referral patterns, analyze data, and prepare reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless patient experience from referral to admission.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge

Education:

• Must be a Graduate with an MBA in Marketing / Hospital administration preferred

Experience:

• Min 2 years of Hospital Referral Sales Experience is a must.
• Bangalore Geographical experience is mandatory
• Must have a 2-wheeler with a valid license.

Skill:

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including hospital operations and referral systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
