Senior Associate Manager - SCM Planner

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Timely & Cost efficient delivery of goods
• Identify & develop new service providers for ocean freight, inland logistics and outbound logistics for specified territories
• Networking & relationship with key service providers
• Freight fixation and freight updates
• Statutory compliance related to supply chain at source & at destination
• Design SOP for documentation and ensuring timely & error free documentation.
• Ensure zero repeat service complaint
• Cross functional Interface with Marketing-Sourcing-QC-Finance-Risk
• Periodically review the performance of team and ensuring direction setting, corrective & appreciative feedback, budgeting for the department & monitoring
• Identifying & Managing operations of stock points
• Compliance of packing & labeling requirement as per source & destination requirement.
• Order Planning, tracking, review and execution as per customer expected schedules
• Timely & Cost efficient Custom Clearance (Self & outsourced & at destination)
• Inventory Management of Stock Points at source & Destination. (Planning of Inventory schedules at Dahej)
• Planning of Manufacturing /Packing -repacking at Stock point
