Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers, ensuring they meet individual and regional sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance productivity.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies focused on IT hardware, networking, and AV solutions.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Client Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs and offering tailored IT hardware, networking, and AV solutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Business Development:
Expand market presence by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized proposals for clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and KPIs for senior management.

Collaboration:
Work with technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
Support marketing initiatives tailored to IT hardware, networking, and AV products.
Industry Expertise:
Possess strong knowledge of IT hardware (e.g., servers, laptops, storage), networking (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls), and AV solutions (e.g., conferencing systems, displays, audio equipment).
Provide guidance to the team and clients on the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 35 years in a managerial role overseeing a sales team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the IT system integration or technology solutions domain.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
Bachelordegree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, data center solutions, networking, and managed services.
