The regional sales manager is a results-oriented sales professional with demonstrated success in business development and the expansion of existing accounts to help enterprise organizations in an assigned region, solve modern Cybersecurity challenges. We are looking for a regional sales manager that is able to speak to Cybersecurity, Risk, and IT leaders and their teams, to help them address their Cybersecurity strategy by combining the extensive capabilities of Kudelski s deep pool of multi-practice professional services resources with the best-in-class solutions offered by our vast portfolio of security technology vendor partners.
Responsibilities
Own and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle within your assigned accounts. Lead a cross-functional team to build and execute a multi-year strategic account management plan for your top accounts
Build and execute a sales strategy which guides an intelligent pursuit of the top accounts in your assigned sales territory.
Leverage your business acumen and ability to correlate business goals with cyber security risk in support of developing appropriate security technology and services solutions for your clients
Understand how your clients cybersecurity strategy and concerns correlate to Kudelski services and solutions that mitigate these risks
Effectively communicate Kudelski s value proposition as it relates to cybersecurity services and capabilities and technology expertise.
Build strong, collaborative, and productive relationships with technology partners and their respective sales personnel to both gain and share leads in support of building qualified pipeline and maximizing mutually beneficial sales opportunities.
Your key qualities and skills
5+ years direct sales experience in cybersecurity solutions, network security, information security or managed services, building, selling, and negotiating integrated services, technology, and financing solutions to Fortune 1000 and Emerging Growth corporate clients.
Established ability to research, initiate, and cultivate business relationships with key executives, contacts, and sponsors within assigned accounts/territory.
Proven ability to build and execute regional and account prospecting and expansion plans.
Self-starter with the proven ability to work independently, as well as in collaboration with the various Security Practice leaders, Managed Security Service leaders, Solutions Architects, Sales Operations specialists and other Security Advisors.
Able to manage the sales process with tight control over each stage.
Comfortable and effective working predominantly within a remote, shared services model and pooled-resource environment.
