Job Description :

We are seeking a Software QA Analyst Engineer with a passion for quality assurance and software testing to join our dynamic team in the competitive information technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, analyzing, and resolving software quality issues while working closely with developers and project managers. This role requires expertise in manual testing, a strong understanding of SDLC and STLC, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Software Developers and Project Managers to streamline requirements and ensure quality in deliverables.

- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and system test plans.

- Perform various testing types, including Functional, UI, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, API (using Postman), and Exploratory Testing.

- Log, track, and report defects using defect tracking tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.

- Conduct end-to-end testing of Power Automate Flows, Power BI Dashboards, PowerApps Portals, and Model-Driven Apps.

- Manage user roles, business units, and security configurations through the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Security Module.

- Document functionality-related project details and communicate testing completion status in daily stand-up meetings.

Requirements :

- Experience: 4+ years in software testing, with exposure to various testing types and tools.

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC.

- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customization, Service, Sales, Security Modules) and Power Platforms.

- Proficiency in defect tracking tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.

- Knowledge of Dataverse and Windows 10+.

- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).

Manual Testing Expertise :

- Functional, Smoke, Sanity, UI, Regression, Compatibility, Performance, Localization, and Exploratory Testing.

- Proficient in Defect Life Cycle, Agile Methodologies, and End-to-End Testing.

- Soft Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to write clear and professional emails to clients.

- Microsoft Office : Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-Have :

- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerApps.

- Experience creating functionality-related documentation.
