Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Certified six sigma master black belt.
• Certified lead auditor for QMS / EMS
• Minimum 20-25 years of experience in Cable industry.

b. Functional Skills

• Should be familiar with all type of cables that is LT, HT, EHV, Instrumentation, FS cables, Special cables, etc.
• Strong knowledge of cable manufacturing processes, materials (e.g., copper, aluminum, PVC, XLPE), and quality control tools.
• Expertise in default analysis systems, failure analysis methodologies, continuous process improvement, and strategic resource management.
• Proficiency in statistical tools like SPC, SQC and Six Sigma techniques
